Educational Project
The educational system in Iraq faces challenges due to government funding shortages, despite the efforts of organizations to establish schools in the native language; therefore, our initial focus is on raising funds to purchase land and build permanent schools, providing a safe and conducive environment for our children's education and growth within the Iraqi community.
There are many factors that go into the educational system of our children in Iraq. Although there are wonderful organizations that have taken on the role of creating schools for our children in which they learn each subject in our mother tongue, the government's lack of funding has hindered the school system. Our schools are built on property that is owned by the government, and so the chance of them being moved even after we invest in them is highly likely. Our first step in helping the educational system will be to raise funds in order to buy land, and build schools that will be owned by the organizations on the ground. We believe that our children not only deserve an education, they deserve an education in a safe environment with the tools that will allow them to grow and strive within the community of Iraq
